OUR STORY
Hi there! My name is Tiffany Wright, I own and operate Webster Pets, LLC with my family. We offer dog boarding and daycare services in Watertown, SD.
I have always been passionate for animals. I knew I wanted to work with some animals in some compacity or another. And my dream finally became a reality.
My adventure started in 2021 after seeing the desperate need for more pet boarding options. My husband and I both work from home so it only made sense that we could help out friends and neighbors with caring for their pets. While living in Webster, we boarded dogs in our home, which as you can imagine, had many limitations. We continued praying and searching for a little slice of heaven to expand our vision. Our search for a small piece of land finally ended when we found a small acreage just outside of Watertown, SD. We moved to Watertown in May 2024. Although we were sad to leave Webster, we were excited for the new opportunities a larger community could bring.
We hit the ground running! I stole half of my husband's 'shop' to convert into what is now know as the 'boarding house'. Our future plan is to build a new building with larger capacity and better amenities. Which will come in time. For now, we continue to upgrade our boarding house to be a comfortable and safe building.
My motto has always been safety first. Accidents happen, it's life, and the best we can do is prepare for any outcome. From cameras to alarms, I have researched and implemented so many safety features into this building. We provide a safe and comfortable atmosphere for your pet. Although, we are not a big fancy kennel, we provide extraordinary care for anyone staying with us.

WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT?
24/7 Onsite care: Because my husband and I work from home, someone is ALWAYS on-site. Meaning your dog will never be left alone while in our care. In an emergency, seconds count. Being on-site provides ease of mind.
Frequent Kennel Breaks: We let the dogs out every 2-3 hours to potty and play. They won't sit in a kennel all day. This allows us to connect with your pet and create an amazing bond. Your pet truly becomes apart of our family.
Group Play: Although, its fun to watch dogs play with new friends, we don't believe it is the safest option. As a general rule, we do not allow group play to avoid any potential injury. We do have some exceptions to this, feel free to ask us about this at your meet and greet.
Security: We have several security cameras, smoke/carbon monoxide alarms, temperature monitors, moisture alarms, etc.
Kennel: I researched and researched kennel options and picked ones based on quality and durability.
Sizes: 4x4 and 6x4 (these are large enough that our Great Dane is comfortable and has space to move around in)
Base: Rubber mat
Top: Hardware cloth (wire mesh) - This allows airflow and security
Sides: wall panels secured on the outside of the kennel - This allows privacy for each pet
Secured to wall studs - Added security
